Today we have been celebrating Roald Dahl Day. It was extra special this year as this year marked 100 years since the authors birth. This year we have celebrated by coming to school dressed as a character from our favourite Dahl book. In assembly this morning, we got to show them off! There were Charlie’s, Enormous Crocodile’s, Matilda’s, BFG’s, Witches and many other wonderful characters!
In our classes we discussed who we think is Roald Dahl’s greatest villain and we also discovered the winner of our Roald Dahl quiz. Lucky winners received a goody bag, full of delicious and wonderful surprises from Willy Wonka’s famous chocolate factory.
